We often base our leadership decisions on what we see and know at any given time. Have you ever made plans, put them into action, and yet somehow missed the mark by only a few degrees? How much energy, time, and resources were wasted?

We believe one of the chief challenges is the need for speed. We make quick decisions in order to be efficient. But what’s the cost when they don’t solve your problems?
