What if the way to increase value is a game of subtraction?
The story goes; the shoe salesman only brought 2 pairs for consideration at any given time. Before bringing another pair out, he asked which pair the customer wanted to remove from consideration. As a result, he sold a lot more shoes. Seems he knew something about how people make decisions.
Truth is… it’s a lot easier with a focused less than a paralyzing more.
